• Designed and delivered project plan, milestones, assessment and reporting tools for IJM country assessments of Malawi and Zambia as locations of VAWC (Violence against Women & Children) programmes delivered through partners.
• Managed the assessment project documentation including training staff on tools for data collection.
• Provided final assessment reports with recommendations for Zambia and Malawi projects to senior management.

• Developed and field-tested multiple pilot studies. Developed study tools with a team to conclusively work on the right method to assess the prevalence of Bonded Labour in 3 districts of Karnataka, India which was eventually published.
