With extensive experience in the origination and servicing phases of projects, I’ve supported regression and SIT testing across various team projects. I’ve been responsible for all testing phases (UAT and Regression) and methodologies (Waterfall and Agile), ensuring quality across the board. I consistently prepare detailed daily status reports for all projects, keeping stakeholders informed. I design and develop effective test cases based on business scenarios, conducting internal and external peer reviews to ensure full functionality coverage.
In addition, I manage test case uploads and executions in ALM, ensuring accuracy and adherence to schedules. As a Defect Manager, I’ve led defect management efforts, tracking issues and facilitating defect status calls for clear communication and resolution.

I’ve worked extensively with Merchant Boarding applications such as First Data Marketplace, TIMS, and Access Plus, contributing to seamless integrations, and efficient testing. In addition, I was involved in the First Mobile application, where I prepared and executed test cases both manually and using simulators to ensure flawless performance. My experience also includes working with SOAP UI for API testing, executing test cases, and ensuring smooth functionality.
I utilized RQM Defect Management Tool for raising defects and performed thorough root cause analysis whenever necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
