• RESEARCH & REPORT WRITING - Indian Digital Personal and Digital Protection India Act 2023 (DPDP) Act and it's implications on the Company.

• COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS - Contract Rating Sheets, Non-disclosure agreements, Sale representative agreement, Master service agreement.
• RESEARCH - RFQ & RFP (various stages involved in signing of a contract) & contracts for setting up On-site development center and important clauses like non-solicitation, limited liability, TUPE.
