Requirement: Functional automation testing of Customer registration and Homepage modules of Aetna.

• Designed and performed automated testing of 70+ test cases, following the Page Object Model design pattern using Page Factory, Selenium and TestNG.
• Utilized Apache POI in each test to accept external test data.
• Maintained a TestNG project for easily running test cases.
• Generated customized test reports for the TestNG project using Extent Reports.

Project: Aetna CVS Health [03/2022-12/2023]

Requirement: Functional Manual Testing of a software used by pharmacies to process insurance claims.

During the course of this project, my role was to do:

• Understanding, Analyzing, and Streamlining Test Requirements, along with Black Box Testing of Mainframe-based Health Insurance Claims Processing Software.
• Involved in various phases of Software Testing Life Cycle STLC and creation and maintenance of test
  documentation (Test Scenario, Test Case, Test Data, Defect Report).
• Utilized various manual testing strategies to ensure maximum test coverage.
• Interacting with the development team and clients on a daily basis to discuss the bugs and changes in requirements.
• Logged 200+ issues during testing with a 90% accuracy rate, contributing to improved software quality and client satisfaction.
• Introduced Query testing in our project, resulting in a dip in production issues by 18% and an increase in claims success rate by 23%.
