• Contract management: Drafting, reviewing, vetting and redlining of various domestic and international contracts like MSA, Consulting Agreements, SLAs, Software Subscription Agreements.

Reporting – generating and validating legal reports required by clients for their legal risks, COLA, Contractual risks, helped generate more than 10 million Dollars in revenue growth revenue for Group and received CCM Award Appreciation. Quality analysis – Gap Analysis, Q&A of contracts to ensure review done is highly qualitative, quality checks to identify errors in abstraction to identify any gap between contractual terms and captured terms on CLM tool, reduced chances of errors, omissions, and inconsistencies to help deliver high quality services to stakeholders.

Validation – initial implementation stage validating the contracts in being legally compliant. Streamlined internal processes by creating and validating templates for standard legal documents and correspondence.

Resolution – resolving quality issues, preparation of queries log and promptly resolving queries we improved client satisfaction levels resulting in repetition of business and referrals to other stakeholders leading to business growth.

• Obligation management – made concise and structured summaries of complex contractual terms for all stakeholders to be better informed and well positioned in negotiation, helped in reduced exposure to risks.
• Contract abstraction- reviewing contracts post execution and change management, amendments, addendums, adoption agreements, WO, CNs, managing abstracted briefs on CLM tools for effective communication with clients. Through contract analysis & abstraction, identified and highlighted important compliance clauses, data protection clauses, terms, dates and other important information enabling better risk management & helped strategize to minimize potential legal and financial risks associated with contractual obligations. Proactively managing renewals to prevent potential revenue loss due to expired contracts
• Legal research – COLA, Foreign exchange, liability clauses, drafting and updating of legal templates, MIS reports, legal administration.
• AI Training and Development: Fed information to AI tool to design automated abstraction software with clear legal obligations for smart fields such as indefinite term, Indemnity obligation or unlimited liability.
• Cross functional collaboration with legal and procurement teams helped ensure end to end CLM & facilitated clear communication and co-ordination among stakeholders to engage in contract management procedure effectively. In-house dealing with internal stakeholders including project managers, contract negotiators, contract management leads, management, and leadership teams.

• Drafting Confidentiality agreements, Vendor strategic alliance agreements, Talent Engagement Agreements, Athlete Management Agreements amongst others

• Drafted counter-statements and written statements for Trademark oppositions, Legal notices for Copyright infringement, legal notices, plaint and IA for high profile Defamation suits.

• Worked upon The Petroleum and Natural Gas Rules,1959, Liquefied Petroleum Gas Order 2000
• Responsibilities included: research, case briefing, summarizing, preparing and maintaining list of dates

• Dealt mainly with Corporate and employment laws- prepared case research reports and briefing, synopsis drafting, attended Court hearings at the High Court of Calcutta, undertook other paralegal duties.
