- Create and disseminate reports on a scheduled basis and in response to requests.
- Administer the Learning Central application and send regular reminders to ensure 100% compliance.
- Overseeing the management of the Cost of Poor Quality and collaborating with the finance team to maintain cost sheets in line with burn rates.
