I am responsible for monitoring and maintaining RDP servers, ensuring optimal performance by tracking memory and CPU usage, and taking corrective actions when thresholds are exceeded. I actively modify and update existing code to implement new functionalities, ensuring that system changes are smoothly integrated. Additionally, I work with VB scripts, adding new conditions as required to address tickets, and improve system processes. My role involves daily monitoring of multiple servers through LogicMonitor to detect any issues early, as well as resolving stuck files in directories to ensure timely processing. I also regularly review system logs through Event Viewer, addressing any abnormalities to maintain system health, and prevent disruptions.

• Worked on web-based applications using Angular and .NET Core with Entity Framework, APIs, and managing Azure DevOps board, experienced in working with the Agile process, and also developed, tested, debugged, and implemented code for web-based applications.
