Pandora works in Retail business they have different store types, vendors, products, store infrastructure which is managed in CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Worked on Business process analysis, requirement gathering, design and product configuration.
• Developed functional specification documents, use cases and design documents for use by system developers and test analysts.
• Worked with Product Owner for backlog refinement and getting a proper acceptance criteria.
• Worked on creation of user story ,acceptance criteria and functional testing.
• Played active role in sprint planning session, sprint review and retrospective sessions.
• Worked with out of the box portal configurations and migrations.
• Developed different functionalities using Microsoft flow.
• Have understanding of CICD pipeline.

It was an upgrade project from CRM 2013 to D365 Online, AECB works in banking sector it maintains the credit score which is used during loan evaluation.

Responsibility:

• Worked on business process analysis, requirements capture, design and product configuration.
• Created migration strategy document.
• Worked with scribe for data migration, which included analysis of database, deciding the load order of the entities, scribe coding.
• Developed functional specification documents, use cases and design documents for use by system developers and test analysts.
• Conducted user training and feedback sessions
• Created deployment action plans and user guide.

Role: Microsoft dynamics crm functional and offshore lead

AkzoNobel works in manufacturing domain. It has huge use base and different line of paint business. CRM was used ot store the details of orders placed, details of the users etc.

Responsibilities:

• Provided user support to the 5000 users worldwide through a key user’s network.
• Created knowledge articles for users to reduce the ticket count.
• Worked in DevOps way together with development teams, technical application managers, solution architects, business management and IT partners.

Abnamro works in banking domain they have a huge user base for both Asia and Europe. CRM is used for storing the information about the contacts and evaluating them whether the user is eligible for granting loan or not on the basis of various assessment.

Responsibilities

• Implemented new regulated policies structure for banking project
• Worked in all the phases starting from project requirements gathering, development,sprint planning, Test cases preparation.
• Created user guide for new functionalities

It maintains end to end process of any price change of product. It has different process to do the customer wise price change and organization wide price change of products.

• Gathering the technical requirements from functional requirements.
• Monitoring the work progress.
• Customization, configuration, development, integration, code review, and unit testing.

Our reports indicate aggregate fitness and health trends while complying with data privacy and medical confidentiality requirements

Responsibilities :

• Worked as a team member in production support team.
• Analysis and defect fixing of the HPQC tickets.
