ANUSHRUTI

Anushruti started her practice in 2013 and has been litigating since then. In the year 2013 she began her career at Verma and Associates, she then joined S &S Associates under the tutelage of Mr. Prashanto Chandra Sen, who is now a senior advocate. In the year 2016, she started working with Mrs. Mini Pushkarna (currently sitting judge at Hon'ble High Court of Delhi) where she was engaged in a vast variety of matters, representing the government of NCT of Delhi, MCD and other government departments. She has also had a retainership with M/s. Rental Stay, a student accommodation leasing entity. Since 2019 she has been working with Case Advise, joined as an associate and is now a senior partner, where she has been majorly practicing in the corporate litigation, real estate matters, insolvency matters and civil and criminal litigation. She also is a legal aid counsel, nominated by the Delhi State Legal Services Authority. She has an extensive experience in real estate, commercial arbitration and negotiations, contract drafting and post execution issues.

She is a practitioner with extensive experience and knowledge of real-estate infrastructure litigation as also commercial and arbitration practice, having worked extensively in broad range of commercial, regulatory, civil and public law disputes. She is frequently involved in high-end commercial, Company, real-estate infrastructure and environment disputes for the projects involving huge stakes. She has handled cases in various countries including the Dubai, Maldives, Singapore and Africa. He has major appearances in the Supreme Court of India and the High Courts of Various states and has been part of many landmark judgments , as also before National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunal, (NCLT), Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA- various states, Real Estate Appellate Authority (REAT), Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) , Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), Consumer Forums (Districts, States and NCDRC) and the National Green Tribunal (NGT). Her arbitration practice spans appearances in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations. She appears in a variety of commercial matters in court and has vast experience in negotiations, contract drafting and post execution issues.

Anushruti has a vast experience in litigation for more than a decade with the objective to explore and understand the existing laws and to supplement it with her experience, knowledge and capabilities.
