- Track all planned and unplanned outages through trouble ticketing systems and reporting tools.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of SOPs.
- Work closely with other NOC engineers, network administrators, and IT teams to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting of network-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Perform analysis of network traffic patterns to detect and prevent potential security threats.
- Participate in the ongoing enhancement of network monitoring tools and processes.
- Handling ticketing tools for incident management and problem management using NETACT, VIPAM, CC Tool, and HPSM.
- Working with SS7, BSSAP, and TCAP routing protocol.
- Resolving hardware cases over remote support as NOC operation.
- Knowledge on SS7 protocol, CS-Core GSM call flow.
- Good understanding of CS-CORE Network architecture.
- Proactive health check-up of the network and taking action plan accordingly.
- Maintaining the tracker for all above activities until execution.
- Collecting logs and traces for problem analysis.
