As Technical Content Writer,

• Managing content on online media channels(Scheduling, Writing, Editing and Posting content)
• Updating social media content on a regular basis. It includes company website, blogs, Facebook, SlideShare, Twitter, LinkedIn and Quora
• Collaborating with IT developers to create product descriptions, case studies and User Manuals
• Researching and studying the best practices with regard to online content management
• Creating and Publishing Newsletters using MailChimp for both internal and external consumption
• Writing Page Titles and Meta data descriptions for Web Pages that produce higher Click-Through Rates(CTR)
• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance business conversations

SEO Responsibilities

• Performing Keyword research based on the Client's business objectives to uncover new opportunities
• Implementing campaigns to build links aligning with Client's SEO goals
• Keeping up with SEO, Search Engine Algorithm and Online Marketing trends
• Researching and administering Social Media Tools in support of Client's Social Media Strategy
• Monitoring and evaluating search results across various platforms

As Business Analyst,

• Gathering Requirements from Clients
• Deriving multiple implementation solutions for requirements and documenting the proposals and quotation
• Creating Presentations and Use Case Diagrams to illustrate the workflow of the proposed system
• Clarifying the requirements to developers and assist in estimating the project timeline and cost
• Taking up change requests from Customers and conduct performance testing on the final product
• Supporting post delivery of the product
• Following up with Customers consistently to enhance business discussions and drive new sales
