- I started my career with Wells Fargo in December 2023 as an 'Associate Loan Servicing Representative.' I recently got my promotion in June 2025 as a loan servicing representative.
- Joined Team UCC as a pilot batch. Had a complete transition with the direct onshore team members from the states, and had grasped complete knowledge of the process in a short span of time.
- Currently, I am one of the primary points of contact for Commercial Distribution Finance. Cross-trained team members and knowledge transfer were done successfully. Also, I achieved 100% of overall quality consistently and was always available when management needed my support for any ad hoc tasks.
- Being recently promoted to my next role, I am consistent in my numbers. Also, I have started working as a QA analyst for the last few months, and I made sure the process was running smoothly.

Project 1: System glitch and correction (UCC filing process)
While performing routine filing tasks, I noticed a glitch in the system where it was pulling incorrect verbiage, which posed a risk of losing the lien on certain UCC filings To address this, I initiated an Idea project to retrieve the existing filings, and, with the help of IT, I used macros to identify and correct the incorrect UCCs This process led to the successful correction of approximately 80 UCCs, saving the organization from significant potential losses
Project 2: New Process for Canadian UCC Filing
I identified an opportunity to improve the UCC filing process for customers in Canada, where there was previously no clear procedure, support, or training from the front office Through extensive research and with management's support, I developed a standard operating procedure (SOP) for Canadian UCC filings, which was subsequently approved by management This SOP has been successfully implemented to ensure proper lien security for Canadian UCCs
Additionally, this initiative led to the creation of 3 full-time equivalent (FTE) positions to support the process, enhancing operational efficiency
