- Transitioned Middle office : Client On-boarding and Taxation process (TMO)
- Taxation, was mainly responsible to keep track of daily dividend receipts,calculate the rate at which dividend needs to be taxed and reported to IRS, confirm the same to Master Feeder and keeping the check on daily audit trails documentation
- Dividend needs to taxed either at flat 30%, Blended rates or the treaty rate signed by client and then reported to IRS and submit the tax forms accordingly.
- Responsible for all the application access, SOP’s, process Deck’s and reporting’s on timely basis.
- On boarding Client which mainly involves liaising with Sales team, Account Rep’s, Front office and Billing teams. Once the account is setup, we push it through the applications for various category of accounts opted by the client
- Responsible for setting up SSI’s, confirming wiring instructions, DTC’s while onboarding and keeping track of positional balances,Outstanding balances (if any ) before termination.
- Performg the stock transfers as per the request from the client invovling with the various team to get the trades settle in DTC.
- Reviewed and processed trade activity in accordance with established procedures.
