Anvi Nagpal

• Awarded the State Honor for Excellence in the field of Art by the Governor of State, Chandigarh, India on the occasion of Independence Day,2018.
• Won the 'Golden Artist Award' in the Picasso International Watercolor Contest',2020
• Awarded Certificate of Merit & Honorable Mention in All India Essay Writing event, 2015 organized by United Nations Information Centre (UNIC) for India & Bhutan in association- with Shri Ram Chandra Mission.
• Won Runners up in the Youth Category 13 to 15 years in "Urban Photographer of the Year" 2015, which received 22,000 entries from 113 countries .The international photography contest was organized by CBRE, London.
• Won Honorable Mention in NASA Space settlement Design Contest 2013.

• Volunteer at Asha for Education (Canada)- a non-profit institution that aims at increasing accessibility in terms of education in the Indian society. (September 2019- Present)
• Co-founder of Project Youth for Divyangjan
• Participant of the Community Action Group associated with the Children's Book Bank,Toronto in affiliation with the Centre for Community Partnerships at the University of Toronto. (January- April 2021)
• Volunteered with Aashman Foundation (India) under the project 'Nishulak Pathshaala' with an aim to fund-raise for the education of the underprivileged students of Chandigarh, India.(May-September 2018)
• Volunteered with the Young Women Christian Association of India (YWCA) by selling artifacts & paintings to raise charity. (December 2017)
• Core Team member, Project Kindergarten Redefined- redesigned and successfully renovated rural public school to enhance the learning environment of primary and secondary children. (May 2016- February 2017)
