Managing Whole Orange CBT from Cost point of view (Includes countries Senegal, Ivory coast, Cameroon, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Egypt & Jordan.
• Drives and ensures cost consciousness and awareness in Delivery/Execution team.
• Performs proactive progress and cost control for multiple customers in Africa (Senegal/Ivory coast/Guinea Bissau/Mali/Cameroon & Niger). Estimating, monitoring, reporting, analysing and managing the project execution progress against time, milestones, cost related performance indicators and invoicing schedule agreed in the customer contract
• Project setup in SAP P20 (project structure, vendor price lists, Packages creation), Integrated Project Management Process implementation (Work packages creation in IPM tool)
• Implementation and managing of subcontractor and contractor purchase ordering and invoicing processes
• Resource cost management & Demand plan in ERM Module SAP P76
• Progress monitoring and reporting through internal project management tool (4C)
• Deploys extra works, non-conformance cost (NCC) and sellable additional works processes and system setup
• Enables end-to-end transparent cost visibility for project with efficient setup and reporting including As Sold Cost Estimate (ASCE), Cost Baseline (CBL), Estimate at Completion costs (EAC), committed costs and actual costs.
• Implementation of new cost management guidelines, tools and mode of operation inside the project organization.
• Support to Senior Project Manager for special programs execution aimed to cost reduction and gross margin improvement.
• Contribution to Services tendering during Pre-Sales, Risk Management support.
• Reviews solution summary, offer summary and contract summary with focus on cost base, assumptions and risks. Provides feedback to tender team based on analysis.
• Training to CPA on new tools/Functionalities (SAP P20, SAP Blue Planet, 4C, NDP-D).

Worked on End to End Supply Chain Model for Asia market. Ownership of Orders from PO placement through receipt of goods, Customer PO validation, Order processing, procurement of material, tracking, delivery and Invoicing.

Managed Business transformation Projects in the areas of Supply Chain for Cost savings & Productivity improvements as Change Agent, interfacing with factories, Logistic, Customers & Project management.
