a. Grievance Module

Developed the platform where employees will be able to raise a grievance redressal request after the appraisal closes.

b. Wase to Core Automation

An automated process which enabled the conversion of designation of employees and job role in the database permanently.

c. Confirmatory Process

Running the Confirmatory appraisal for employees and handling the end-to-end process.

• Created SQL scripts to maintain database integrity and performance.
• Collaborated with front-end developers to ensure a seamless integration of the back-end system with the user interface.
• Assisted in debugging application issues related to the back-end systems.
• Optimized existing codebase by refactoring inefficient code segments and removing redundant logic.
• Integrated third party APIs into the backend system for additional features and functionality.
