Key Responsibilities:

• Managed complete lifecycle activities for new versions of the Ericsson Charging System.
• Designed, developed, and maintained automated scripts and modules for system operations and customer-specific requirements.
• Developed key tool features: Installation, Integration, Upgrade, Subscriber Migration, Advanced Subscriber Migration, Traffic Analyzer, Reference Configuration, Geo-Redundancy (GeoRed), and Live Node Activities (LNA).
• Conducted end-to-end software testing including installation, integration, upgrade, subscriber migration, and LNA configuration testing for nodes like SDP, AIR, OCC, and NGVS.
• Provided deployment support and troubleshooting for customer environments, including database updates and data extraction as needed.
• Maintained comprehensive documentation for customer requirements, software versions, deployments, and support activities.
• Regularly updated Confluence and internal systems to reflect tool enhancements and version changes.
• Delivered technical support to customers integrating with the Ericsson network using ECAF, including troubleshooting and setup assistance.
• Conducted knowledge transfer sessions and hands-on training for new team members to ensure smooth onboarding.
