- Gone through various training sessions in Atos Syntel Chennai, which includes Java Full Stack Developer, DevOps, and various Cloud technologies.
- Knowledge in automating different activities like Build, Release, Configuration Management and Platform provisioning etc.
- Good Knowledge in using source code control systems like GIT.

- Working as Product support for US client THE HOME DEPOT under One supply chain project.
- The central focus of this project is supporting the Delivery Management System (DMS) of the supply chain. DMS system will receive many orders from the store as well as online, keep track of all the orders to deliver the products to end user.

- MDO and DC report generation and work on COM orders.
- Creating incidents for various scenarios to change the delivery status.

- Tools used in my project are Service now, Tableau, Incident Portal.
- Internal tools used - HDW, Orderup, ESVS.
