Handling the Cerner accounts of more than 1500+ customers
Managing a portfolio of accounts over $39 million
Ensuring that the customer is receiving their invoices at the right time through their modes of requirement
Constant follow-up with the customer through calls and emails (Dunning Letters) regarding past due balance and make sure the account receivables are closed and emphasizing on the invoices that are highly aged and ensure we close those on priority
Prioritize customer touches to achieve monthly/Quarterly and collection Targets
Good customer management skills to reach the right point of contacts at the first time, understand customer invoicing/payment process cycle and help them utilize Cerner's faster invoice delivery option
Always keep the communication channel open with the customer to achieve Win-Win situations at both ends
Identify payment barriers at the early stages and take proactive steps to prevent such issues by working with the stakeholders within Cerner and at the customer side
Ensuring continuous interaction with customer in resolving their issues/Disputes and make sure that the customer satisfaction is not affected
Initiate credit hold/release based on the delinquency status of the customer's accounts
Reach out to customers for the remittance details if no invoice details are available
Applying the payments post receiving the remittance details from the customers
Correct the past misapplication by reversing the receipt and applying it as per the customer's advice
Work on the older unapplied payments by getting the customer's consents
Initiating the refunds if the customers do not want the older payments to be applied on any of the open invoices
Sending the daily/weekly/Monthly cash in transit file, cash dashboards to the management
We use PeopleSoft for reviewing the general information of clients, to run queries, application of payment etc.
