• Product development - as Primary SME, successfully established tele-audiology process from initiation to go-live phase; initiated escalation to 3 new setups; lent expertise for development of related accessory products.
• Training – as Owner and project lead, successfully developed and completed implementation of in-house training programs for all clinical, research, administrative and development personnel
• Clinical Research – as Project lead, implemented and completed clinical trials during both alpha and beta phases of process and product testing
• Quality assurance – as Team lead and SME, established protocol and SOPs for all products and processes.
• New development - lent expertise to executive management tier for new projects, process and product design phase
