- Worked in close coordination with the District PMU, the District Administration and also with the State PMU in Ranchi to achieve ODF targets by October,2018.
- Apart from rural sanitation was also engaged in different projects with the District Administration- the district mineral fund survey, the urban water supply pilot project in Baliapur(a block in Dhanbad, District).

Social Impact
- The Swachhtagrahi Initiative taken During the Swachh Bharat Mission- Gramin In 2017 was recognized and awarded by the then Secretary-GoI Parmeswaran Iyer, State Rural Development Minister, Jharkhand.
- Constructed the maximum number of IHHL during the Swachhta Hi Seva- the 15 day target oriented campaign resulting in Dhanbad District becoming 100% Open Defecation Free.
