(A) 1) PROJECT GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS :

  • Instrumental in building the Armed Forces, ESIC and railway business from scratch, PAN-INDIA
  • 2.5 crores worth of business achieved within 2 years
  • Developed, prepared and analyzed budgeting for the entire defense business. Various budgets for marketing, CRM, vendor and targets planned at the start of the financial year.
  • First time in pharma industry - Won tenders of orders worth 1.1 cr+ in exclusive nutraceuticals only from 1 department of a military hospital-Base Hospital Delhi Cantt.
  • Developed strong liaisons with multiple stakeholders in key government hospitals and AFMSD

2) ARMED FORCES MEDICAL COLLEGE TRIALS

  • 1st Time in Defense : Documented clinical trials on a Nutraceutical held at the most prestigious college in India.
  • Extensively negotiated, convinced and collaborated with multiple departments in the college to carry out RCTs (randomized controlled trials).
  • Coordinated with all the authorities at AFMC, Aareen and manufacturer to successfully commence this project.
  • Trials are currently ongoing.



(B) PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:


(1) CARDIO-DIABETO (AARLIFE) & ORTHO DIVISION (AAREEN)

  • Spear headed the launch of cardio-diabeto division - Aarlife
  • Read multiple scientific papers and prepared visual aids for the entire anti-diabetic and cardio range
  • Launched latest new gen molecules such as Dapagliflozin and Vildagliptin
  • Trained field force on all the products in Punjab region
  • Prepared presentations to train the field force
  • Gathered, researched and analyzed competitor brand data from IQVIA
  • Brainstormed new strategies to launch new division and molecules in the market


(2) NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

  • Conducted market research to identify customer needs and trends in the pharmaceutical industry along with new brands available in the market
  • Designed different nutraceutical combinations with highest potency and collaborated with different technical teams and manufacturers
  • Worked on multiple combinations by going through scientific papers, coordinating with Drs, Vice President and directors of the company and shortlisted molecules which gave an edge to Aareen in the market in the targeted therapy
  • Coordinated with vendors for product development and sampling


(3) EXTENSIVE FIELD WORK ACROSS STATES

  • Field work for Aarlife division across Punjab, Delhi to launch the molecules Sulidapa and Vildazeal.
  • Extensively traveled across Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Maharashtra to promote Ortho brands - Roseup HD, Cartimost-UC, Calgrow Forte.
  • Conversion of Drs from competitor brands to Aareen products. Succeeded in converting atleast 15% non-prescribers to prescribers in orthopaedics to Aareen brands and increase prescriptions from prescribers.
  • Assisted field representatives in RCPA

(4) PARTICIPATION IN CONFERENCES :

  • Managed multiple Ortho conferences such as WIROC, IOACON'21,'22,'23, PKC for all days of participation
  • Planned with the in house design team in detail all the event aspects such as venue stall design, its designing, marketing of key brands on boards, chair branding and sponsored Dr list.
