- Estimation and Quantity Surveying: Conducting precise quantity take-offs and material forecasting based on structural and architectural drawings, and compiled comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) aligned with design documents and standardized measurement methods to ensure accurate cost estimation and support tendering process.
- Validated BOQs against Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and approved construction methodologies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and precision in quantity estimation.
- Preparing comprehensive Variation Statements and Work Slips based on site changes and additional scope of work including detailed quantities and rate analysis.
- Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR's) of new Projects.
