System responsible for Vehicle anti-theft alarm system.

• System owner: End to End responsible for the vehicle anti-theft alarm system for SEC carlines.
• Requirement management: Work closely with different cross functional team and gather requirements for the system based on market feedback and module strategy. Define and manage system requirements including requirements for interface components and systems.
• Problem Solving: Define Fail safe product strategies including the Interface ECUs.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with different component responsible to ensure that all the function requirements related to system across different components are implemented.
• Release Management: Working with different teams like carline management, vehicle testing, validation etc. to ensure that the right maturity of the system is available for various development releases and series production.
• Product Validation: Conduct system and vehicle tests for functional validation of system
• Troubleshooting / Root cause analysis: Analysis of Defects and propose solutions. Task force participation and finding solutions collaboratively in fast and systematic manner-using different problem solving techniques.
• Homologation: Working with different authorities across the globe to ensure that system meets all the regulatory requirements for different countries and to get the right certificates for the same.

Component manger of Overhead control module, Siren and Radar intrusion sensor

• Responsibility of product development across the entire life cycle of the components including series maintenance.
• Responsibility of feature rollout process and release management process for the components.
• Requirements management for the components aligned with system and module strategy.
• Interface & Coordinate with vehicle cross-functional departments to support component development and vehicle builds before and after SOP.
• Working with supplier to fulfill functional and quality requirements.
• Change management: Responsible for implementation of change request based on value engineering, quality or new technology during the entire lifecycle of components.
• Co-ordinate with testing team for system and vehicle level tests for functional & durability validation.
• Co-ordination with supplier quality engineer for the change approval and PPAP process.
• Single point of contact for all engineering & non-engineering internal stakeholders for the components.
• Defect management: Analyze and drive the supplier for technical and quality measures for different issue seen during the lifecycle of the component including field issue.

• Responsible for the vendor quality assurance at transaxle assembly line for TATA ace.
• Ensuring all the parts used in assembly process meet the critical requirements and as well as the quality standards of the company.
• Auditing the supplier production line to ensure reproducibility and repeatability of the production process.
• Sample check of every batch of parts to ensure the quality of the products received from different suppliers.
