- Global view validation – ensuring that all the files interfaced correctly to our systems through third party system.
- Performing the accounts reconciliation on quarterly basis, averaging 25 recs each quarter.
- Recording the MJEs with appropriate backup supports – averaging 30 MJEs per month.

- Project on – A study of working capital management of Qualcomm which aims to study various aspects of working capital management.

- Project on marketing concepts this project focusing on marketing principles enables us to comprehend the significant impact of marketing on our business, illustrated through real-world examples.
Process Improvements
- BOT RPA implementation for payroll MJEs – which reduces 12 hours in a month.
- Implementing Alteryx for validating GV with payroll files – which saved 8 hours in a month.
- Implemented Alteryx for ARM preparation for sales incentives program, Retention bonus and Sign on bonus which saved 2 hours of time in manual preparation.
- Introducing global view for payroll accounting - RF360 Wuxi: earlier process was a time-consuming task which involved a lot of coordination between teams to place a single file. Automating the process saved 16 man-hours a month of teams involved and an un-interrupted process.
- Standardizing invoice accounting for Finland Pension insurance payments – which ensured accurate accounting.

- Collaborating with the team to resolve open items that are over 60 days old and keeping a record of these items.
- Implemented monthly post close updates.
- Consolidated the 8 MJEs into one consolidated to reduce the count of MJE.
Projects
TM1 Upgrade: The current version of TM1 is no longer supported by Vendor hence upgraded to version2.0.9.9 Qtime upgrade testing: where we did test for labor distribution and its accounting process. R12 Web ADI upgrade: In this project we have done testing for MJE uploads where we have used different combination accounting strings and different category of MJEs under MJE upload process. Oracle Cloud upgrade testing: The current version of cloud does not have reviewer approval hence implemented the trough workflow and was part testing all the scenarios relating MJE uploaded. Crop Oracle upgrade: In this project Crop oracle was upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 where have tested uploading the MJEs and its approval process. Corporate Report Center (CRC) testing: In this project CRC is replaced with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) as a tester we have downloaded financial reports and tested the data accuracy.
