• As a part of the Financial Advisory group, I am primarily responsible for providing valuations of business entities, private equity portfolios, including but not limited to debt, equity, complex instruments, and intangibles valuation for financial reporting and various other purposes.

Key Responsiblities: Valuation analyses using internationally accepted valuation methodologies. Industry benchmarking of listed comparable companies selection and comparable transaction analysis. Simultaneous execution of multiple assignments and assisting teams across the US along with handling a team of consultants.

• Performed business valuations for impairment testing, merger and acquisition, regulatory valuation (including FEMA), Purchase Price allocations, and valuation for internal evaluation purposes of management.
• Valuation of portfolio companies of Private Equity Funds.
• Performed Pricing analysis of companies for fund raise.
• Proficient with relative valuations and market multiples.
• Proficient in using research databases like Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, CRISIL, VCC, Pitchbook, Tracxn and others.

• Year end audit for a top hospitality chains in India. Looked into various areas including Internal financial controls, Financial items, disclosure in accordance with Ind AS, Going concern assessment triggered due to pandemic.
• Supervising the audit team and providing on site coaching to junior team members; Efficient in co-ordination and managing client requirements on timely basis and proactively discussing the workflow management with audit teams.

• Evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations;
• Administering analysis of the monthly & annual revenue & expenditure trends with budgeted levels and ensuring appropriate justification of discrepancies.
• Reported audit findings and made recommendations for improvement in operations and reduction in cost.
