As an experienced staff at Quality and Risk Management, the major responsibilities were ensuring quality and compliance at EY GDS Assurance in concurrence to ISQM.
We perform Independence requirements and self assessment of above mentioned process on a quarterly frequency and an Annual Quality Review to audit the same and furnish the results with leadership.
Q&RM also prepares policies for various processes at EY GDS Assurance which acts as internal controls and risk mitigator for any operational risk.
I have been part of Tracking Independence Requirements,Onboarding Independence Requirements, Feedback Policy Screening, Data Privacy checks, AQR - learning process, Exit Independence Requirements and other process which come in the purview of Q&RM.
