• Managed the technical operations of vessels owned by GOLDEN OCEAN for vessels ranging from VLOC’s to Kamsarmax size.
• Managed vessels fitted with two stroke Main Engines ME 6G70 ME C engines and Wartsila WIN-GD engines.
• Managed vessels fitted with EGCS of open loop scrubbers type from PANAISA, ALFALAVAL, Clean marine and PURETEQ.
• Managed vessels fitted with BWTS system of electrolysis type systems from SUNRUI, TECHCROSS and UV type systems from Alfa Laval.
• Reviewed the performance appraisals developed for senior officers onboard, provided feedback and proposed amendments to safeguard the fair evaluation and support their proper career development.
• Conducted detailed incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for improved safety performance.
• Reduced downtime by proactively addressing potential issues through preventative maintenance plans.
• The effective implementation of preventive maintenance of hull, main machinery, deck machinery, electrical equipment, etc, as described in the PMS and set by the Class/Flag State requirements.
• Monitoring the Class and Flag State requirements and planning/supervising the required surveys. Ensuring that the certification of assigned vessels is maintained in accordance with the relevant Class and Flag State requirements.
• Purchase: Processing all spare parts requisitions received from vessels and monitoring the efficient and timely supply of all spares required for the proper maintenance and safe operation of the vessels.
• Vessel taken over from different management and set up complete SMS and PMS system and prepared vessel for trading after completing all statutory requirements.
• Delivered consistent reporting on vessel condition, maintenance activities, budgets, and KPIs to senior management stakeholders.
• Carried out periodical inspection of vessels and prepare a detailed report and review same with the Manager, formulate an upgradation plan and follow-up with the vessel. Also reported about defects/damage/accidents to authorities & class when required and taken action to rectify.
• Dry Docking Experience: Handled end to end docking for the 3rd Special Survey of the vessel MV Belgravia in the month of October/November 2024.at Changong Shipyard ,China.

Successfully completed three contracts with 18 months of sailing experience on ALGOMA Owned Bulk carriers.

Worked as Junior Engineer until Chief Engineer. Successfully completed three contracts with 14 months of sailing experience as Chief Engineer.

• Sailed as Chief Engineer on different vessels including VLOC (exceptionally Large Ore carriers) Capsize and panamax vessel in Dry bulk fleet.
• All scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair and administration of all shipboard equipment and machinery including the hull.
• For accurately maintaining maintenance logs for all vessel related equipment, such as engine room equipment, mechanical and electrical, deck machinery and equipment, ship hull and accommodation.
• Responsible for all reporting and history updating into the planned maintenance program.
• Responsible for the upkeep of relevant machinery surveys and certification
• Ensure, through uniform stock & quantity control that adequate inventory and level of spares is maintained at all times.
• Taking part in emergency and occupational onboard training and drills.
• Experience with Drydocking, renewal survey & repairs.
• Was technical In-charge (CE) of Drydocking Vessel from November 26, 2020, to January 15, 2021, in TK TUZLA shipyard, TURKEY.
• Handled two different vessels for end of life demolition at ALANG,Gujarat and Chittagong,Bangladesh respectively.
