- Monitoring Chillers, Boilers, Heat exchangers, Calorifier, Fire pumps, Booster pumps, Sump pumps, hot water circulation pumps etc
- Monitoring Electrical systems MDB, Generators, UPS, Central battery, Lifts etc Monitoring FM 200 systems, Preaction systems, Deluge systems, Suppression systems and coordinate with technicians & vendors during troubles and maintenance works
- Monitoring & logging daily readings of all major equipment including air supply temperatures, water temperatures and pressure readings, etc
- Document and inspect for irregularities in readings
- Energy optimization along with temperature and humidity controlling
- Monitoring and maintaining the most optimum DHA approved temperature and humidity levels (chilled water and heating) for all critical rooms and specified Operation Theatre as per customer request and regulations
- To conduct inspections on site Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC systems and to ensure equipment is maintained in good working order
- Perform routine monitoring of BMS system equipments and make sure the working sequence
- Monitoring of Server rooms, Mechanical rooms, Electrical rooms, Technical rooms, other common areas
- Adjusts BMS settings and parameters to meet changing conditions, i.e., Load, Environmental, Customer needs, etc
- To receive & register Patient room & department complaint calls, Preparing work request and assign technicians
- Records maintenance data and generates reports as needed
- To take Daily readings for FAHUs & AHUs every 2 hour and to ensure the system maintaining the set point values and working in normal condition.
- Preparation of KPI & Monthly summary Reports for Corrective maintenance, Work request & PPM for all Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Department
- Performing Frequency reduction as per schedule, Load reduction for Boiler & Chiller.
