“DEVELOPMENT OF SUSTAINABLE METHODS TOWARDS THE SYNTHESIS OF SMALL BIO-ACTIVE COMPOUNDS”

  • Synthesis of anti-cancer 1,1-diarylalkane scaffolds, via metal-free carbon-carbon bond-forming reductive coupling between boronic acids and tosyl hydrazones.
  • Synthesis of anti-depressant 3,3-diarylamines via Pd(0)-catalyzed one pot di-fictionalization of allylamine by utilizing successive three-component Heck-Matsuda reaction and Suzuki coupling between arenediazonium salts, boronic acid, and allyl carbamate.
  • Synthesis of secondary 1,arylallylamine employing Pd(0)-catalyzed consecutive Heck-Matsuda reaction and Overmann rearrangement utilizing diazonium salts and allyl-2,2,2-trichloroacetamide.
  • Synthesis of esters of aromatic acids and suitably protected amino acids via metal-free radical-radical cross-coupling under photo-catalytic conditions.
