During my college coursework, I developed an Employee Management System, a full‑stack application designed to streamline HR operations by centralizing employee information, attendance tracking, and role-based access control. I built modules for employee registration, data updates, performance tracking, and secure authentication while ensuring smooth database connectivity and an intuitive user interface. This project strengthened my skills in backend development, database management, and UI design while giving me hands‑on experience building real-world organizational tools.
I also designed and implemented an AI Resume Ranker that leverages Natural Language Processing (NLP) to automatically analyze and rank resumes based on job descriptions. By applying NLP techniques such as text cleaning, tokenization, and keyword extraction, I built a scoring model capable of identifying the most relevant candidates. Additionally, I developed a simple frontend for resume uploads and visual score outputs. This project helped me gain practical experience in machine learning, NLP pipelines, and applying AI to optimize real recruitment workflows.
