Subject: Offer letter for the post of “Graphic Designer”.

Dear Apurva,

With reference to your application for the above post with MIT Institute of Design, and subsequent personal interview, we are pleased to offer the above position to you.

In your position of “Graphic Designer”, you will be responsible for working in Administration department.

The terms and conditions of the employment are as mentioned hereunder:

1. You will be governed by the service rules of MIT Institute of Design, as mentioned in MIT Institute of Design HR MANUAL, including revisions in such rules as may be affected from time to time.

2. You will be paid a gross salary of Rs. 19,776/- (Rupees Nineteen thousand seven hundred and seventy-six only) per month, as per the details enumerated in ‘Annexure – I’ of the Offer Letter. The monthly salary will be paid to you after deduction of the income tax, professional tax and other statutory levies required to be deducted as per the Government regulations.

3. Your employment with MIT Institute of Design will commence from 20/08/2021, and you will be under probation for 2 years. You should join us on or before 20/08/2021, if not this offer will stand cancelled and withdrawn unless the same is confirmed to you in writing / return mail within two days of receipt of this offer. Please confirm you’re Date of Joining and we would be glad if you can join us as early as possible.

4. You will carry out the responsibilities of Graphic Designer to the satisfaction of MIT Institute of Design, management. Your role will be assigned upon joining.

5. This Offer is conditional and subject to the fulfillment of the following points mentioned hereunder:

a) You’re being declared medically fit by a Registered Medical Practitioner.

b) Submission of documents listed in attached ‘Annexure –II’. Any discrepancy found in the facts mentioned in your ‘Curriculum Vitae’, or in any of the documents provided by you, either now or during any stage of your service with the company may result in the termination of service.

c) Copy of your Resignation and acceptance from Current Employer (You are required to produce the release letter on or before joining MIT Institute of Design.

d) Feedback of the Reference checks being positive.

Please note that this offer letter is conditional and based on submitting us the above documents within 7(seven) working days after receipt of this offer letter.

On receipt of these documents, you will be given Personal Information Form to be filled in and signed immediately on your joining. You will be issued a detailed appointment letter within 10 working days from your date of joining and on receipt of all the above documents.
