• Support Services: Coordinating shelter, free education (CNCP), and vocational training for children living below the poverty line, ensuring they have access to necessary resources for mental and emotional development.
• Empowerment Initiatives: Leading programs that empower individuals, promote mental health awareness, and advocate for the rights and well-being of vulnerable populations.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, physicians and Legal professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adolescent Counseling: Delivering impactful individual and group counseling to adolescents under RKSK Program, addressing mental health challenges, fostering emotional resilience, and promoting well-being during critical developmental stages.
• Counseling for Pregnant Women: Offering specialized counseling to pregnant women on necessary diet and vaccination during pregnancy, ensuring both physical and mental health.
• Awareness Programs: Leading dynamic awareness programs on health, hygiene, education, and women empowerment for economically weaker sections of society, with a focus on adolescent mental health and well-being.
• Nutrition Improvement: Enhancing nutrition and reducing the prevalence of malnutrition and iron-deficiency anemia (IDA) among adolescent girls and boys.
• Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH): Improving SRH knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors, reducing teenage pregnancies, and providing birth preparedness, complication readiness, and early parenting support for adolescent parents.
• Mental Health Enhancement: Addressing mental health concerns of adolescents, promoting emotional resilience, and fostering a supportive environment for mental well-being.
• Injury and Violence Prevention: Promoting favorable attitudes and behaviors to prevent injuries and violence (including gender-based violence) among adolescents.
• Substance Misuse Prevention: Increasing awareness among adolescents about the adverse effects and consequences of substance misuse.
• Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) Prevention: Promoting behavior change in adolescents to prevent NCDs such as hypertension, stroke, cardiovascular diseases, and diabetes.

• Responsible for counseling Counselling Children with special needs and teaching them Behavior Modification Techniques.
