CTC: Rs. 20,79,444 fixed per annum, plus yearly bonus which is 15% to 18% of CTC.

• Credit Analysis and Evaluation.
• Assign daily work to CPAs and CMs, teach management trainees and CA freshers underwriting parameters, and provide training to sales and credit on a monthly basis.
• Maintain and share login and record MIS from the Finoe System with the CEO on a regular basis.
• Keep a check on collection cases and solve them.
• Based on the application received, carry out a thorough appraisal in terms of creditworthiness of loan applicants for a ticket size of Rs. 300 lacs to Rs. 450 lacs and recommend the same to the CEO, CFO, and Chairman.
• Check and verify credit history and credit score with CIBIL for individuals and corporate applicants.
• Analyze the financials of applicants and co-applicants for eligibility.
• Verify the banking entries of applicants, including bank credit facilities availed, inward and outward cheque transactions, cheque returns history, and repayment history of bank/FI loans, etc.
• Ensure checking every application in detail to ensure there is no scope for fraud, manipulation, or error by any party involved.
• Collateral visit of the proposed property and the applicant resident.
• Legal check, along with TSR, CERSAI, and mortgage CIBIL.
• Keeps self and others abreast by closely monitoring changes in organizational policies towards loan disbursal, and quickly implements the same in day-to-day working.
• Maintain the process checklist and quality checks.
• Comply with the TAT without compromising the rigor required for credit analysis.

• Service the existing client for import and export.
• Taking orders for the requirement of containers, fixing rates, and collecting payment from the client.
• Closely follow up with the operations team and the sales team for payments.
• Maintain a book of accounts.
• Timely update payment receipts and vouchers.
• Call clients for payment after the consignment reaches their respective locations.

• Analyze the customer balance sheet, profit and loss statement, ITR returns, banking summation, CIBIL check, and business profile, and decide if the customer is eligible for a business loan, and process the file.
• 32 existing HNI clients are mapped to those who have to service (O/D, CC, LC, BG, etc.).
• Timely renewal of existing accounts, temporary O/D, change interest rates, give enhancement if required, and provide service if any issue occurs.
• Our team handles the western Mumbai region from Bandra to Malad, out of which the Juhu area is mapped under me, in which six branches are located. File source from the Juhu branch processed by me.
• Preparing CAM in colors and getting it approved by the risk department.
• Updating the stock statement every month.
• Notary and security creation on property provided as security.
• Disbursement of the sanction file on time, and complete all documentation.
