• Supervision of all piping works and ensures safety and quality standards of the client.
• Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.
• Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
• Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility and preparation of supplementary Agreements based on SSR.
• Preparing daily reports of work progress and man power utilization.
• Co-ordinate with the sub-contractors to achieve the targets and schedule set by the planning.
• Reading and preparing work order for contractors.
• Managing parts of construction projects.
• Overseeing building work.
• Quality control, proportion of ratios between used materials.
• Supervising contracted staff.
• Ensuring project meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
