Covansys is CMM level 3 IT services provider. Covansys acquired Clarety Inc, which had a FORTE based retirement solution product implemented for several US states. Covansys initiated efforts to migrate the product to J2EE technologies based on customer demand. I lead this effort as architect and project leader and implemented new solution for state of Michigan. I also designed another custom build retirement solution for state of Wisconsin.

• Reverse engineered existing FORTE based product and extracted complex business processes.
