Conducted process audits for Swedish companies and found discrepancies. Helped those companies with rectifying them, keeping them compliant as per the Companies Act, Income tax Act and RBI guidelines. Achievements included audit of 2 of the companies where, along with my senior colleague, we removed the entire Finance team including Director, and support both the companies to keep them in good standing until the new finance team was built and trained.
