- To maximize company’s interest by balancing what design wants and what is approvable.
- To check FSI calculations/ proforma of the projects in accordance with regulations and policies and see if maximum benefit is availed.
- To check feasibility of new projects received from BD team and prepare Liaison Budget
- To obtain approval from HOD/MD for making payments to authorities.
- Offer comments to Draft plans shared by Design Team as per check list in consultation with Zonal lead/HOD
- To coordinate with other teams for obtaining requisite documents/data for submission like HRC, MOEF, CFO etc.
- Preparation of FSI calculations /preparation of proforma along with Zonal Leads and get the same checked from HOD.
- To keep track of all the compliances/NOCs to achieve timely approvals as per AOPs
- To attend meetings/site visits and All other works/responsibilities given by the Organization from time to time.
- To prepare testing reports for feasibility for working of Business Development if proposals are feasible and Technical Due diligence while taking a project from JV Partner.
