• With my strong expertise in Retail Catalog, I earned a promotion to the role of L4 – Subject Matter Expert. I took ownership of the entire RBS Flojo Softlines Private Brand SOPs, which encompassed tasks such as ASIN Creation, Catalog Updates, A+ Content Updates, ASIN Launches, PO Management, and Broken Variations.
• Spearheaded a new initiative program named "Accuracy" covering the entire Softlines Private Brands SOPs. This initiative was designed to boost PTER (Perfect Task Execution Rate) by enhancing the execution processes of both RBS and Requesters.
• Managing the HPB/ CPB DART (Defect Analysis and Remediation Team) Titles team and took charge of key operational metrics like OTRR (On-Time Resolution Rate) and DRR (Defect Repeat Rate).
• Showcased expertise in executing various SOP standardization efforts, conducting root cause analyses, maintaining metrics, managing inflow, and reducing inefficiencies. Additionally, led WBR/MBR sessions for Private Brands.
