  • Currently Working for “KYNDRYL - WPP” to support Service delivery, Service Assurance (Incidents, Change design and implementation) on 24/7 operation support and Projects (new firewall implementation with design).
  • Daily operation support for p1/p2/p3/p4 incidents: Providing Tier-2 & Tier-3 support on Firewall, Authentication services and Proxies.
  • Troubleshooting with end users and break fix the incident based on ticket priority. (Firewall ls like Checkpoint, Cisco ASA/Firepower and Palo-alto), (Authentication servers – Cisco ACS & ISE) . AWS/Azure cloud to on-prime troubleshooting.
  • Change request: Analyses the requirement from the requester and then design the change and schedule the implementation with the help of change management team in Snow tool. Implement the change based on the design steps, after the client approval in Snow tool.
  • Projects: Based on the client requirement, design the required configuration of the firewall. Understand the multiple infrastructure (group of company Architecture) based on the architect design. Implement the approved configuration based on the design. License the firewall and register for support. Perform Live test with end user. EOS the firewall to move to BAU support. Working along with Architect team for design level issues for break fixes. Working as a SME for client process design with Manager.
