Job Description:
Responsible for managing and supporting network infrastructure across multiple client environments, ensuring secure and uninterrupted connectivity through proactive monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting of network and security devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, and maintain Fortigate, SonicWall, and Sophos firewalls for enterprise clients across India.
• Manage VPN configurations (IPsec, SSL, and Azure VPN) for secure site-to-site and remote user connectivity.
• Configure and administer Cisco, HPE Aruba, and Ruckus routers/switches, implementing VLANs, NAT, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Perform firewall replacements, firmware upgrades, and backup restorations with minimal downtime.
• Monitor and analyze network logs, traffic, and security policies to ensure compliance and performance.
• Provide Level 2 firewall and network support, including policy creation, NAT configuration, and static routing.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and ISPs to resolve link, configuration, and performance issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration reports, POAs (Plan of Action), and change records.
• Support data center migration projects for major clients such as ROCA, Atyati, CIFCL, WENDT, and NetAccess within planned downtime.
• Administer ROCA’s national network, managing 25 firewalls, 20 routers, and 10 switches across India including data centers.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process automation and service delivery improvements.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and network scalability.

Key Achievements:

• Successfully executed Roca Data Center migration and Atyati Network Implementation projects with zero critical downtime.
• Streamlined firewall troubleshooting by implementing detailed documentation and process checklists.
• Improved system uptime through proactive monitoring and efficient escalation handling.

• Plan, design, implement, and manage comprehensive network solutions for clients, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, Fortigate firewalls, and Wireless APs to establish secure and efficient network connectivity and Monitoring solarwinds tools
• Configuring BGP and Managing the EIGRP & OSPF to load balance the traffic as per the customer requirement in Cisco Routers and L3Switches.
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to network infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution
• Provide SD-Wan migration activities for different projects in NetAccess India private limited.
• Knowledge on configuring and troubleshooting IPSEC and SSLVPN tunnel for connectivity b/w site to site remote location user by using IKE
• Excellent client/customer management ,problem solving and troubleshooting skills with good communication skills.
• Knowledge on configuring and managing AAA architecture including Radius and TACACS server through AD.
• Working with vendor device like Cisco (Router & Switches) Aruba & Ruckus (AP Controller & Switches), Fortinet and checkpoint.
• Additional skills web designed project created using HTML and CSS like Events & Advertisment.
