Work History

Student Intern

Super Auto Forge (P) Ltd
Chennai
10.2024 - 11.2024
  • I completed a one-month internship at SUPER AUTO FORGE to gain hands-on experience in industrial processes. During this period, I was tasked with investigating the unwashed track issue on forged inner races, a recurring problem identified during final inspection after CNC machining. With guidance from my mentors, I analyzed the root causes and helped develop an action plan to address the key issues.

PROJECTS

OPTIMIZATION OF TRANSESTERIFICATION CONDITIONS USING RSM

02/2024 - 05/2024

  • This study focuses on optimization of transesterification conditions for high biodiesel yield using Response Surface Methodology (RSM). Key factors like reaction time, catalyst concentration, and molar ratio were analyzed, revealing optimal conditions for improved production efficiency.

IMPLEMENTATION OF NANOBUBBLE TECHNOLOGY FOR SHRIMP CULTURE

11/2024 - 03/2025

  • The study examined how nanobubbles impact the growth of white leg shrimp (Penaeus vannamei) by focusing on dissolved oxygen levels, growth, and survival rates. Conducted over 30 days in a lab, the shrimp were kept in a 0.18 m² tank with 20 liters of clean seawater, where 4.5 liters of oxygen were added through nanobubbles at a rate of 0.06 liters per minute to maintain consistent oxygen levels. The shrimp were fed a special nutrient- rich food to support their growth. Results showed that tanks with nanobubbles had higher oxygen levels, leading to better growth and a survival rate of 90%. The average length of shrimp in the treated tanks was 4 cm, compared to 1.6 cm in untreated tanks.
