Responsibilities

• Participating in discovery sessions to comprehend and gather client requirements effectively.
• Executing various Implementation activities tailored for Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Engaging in meticulous requirement analysis to document specifications for solution design, CRP, testing, user training, data migration, and go-live processes.
• Supporting comprehensive business process study, including AS-IS documentation, GAP analysis, TO-BE design creation, and configuring/customizing solutions to align with product standards.
• Collaborating in finalizing Chart of Accounts (COA) and Enterprise Structure.
• Conducting Functional Tests on technical solutions provided by the Technical Team and contributing to the preparation of essential documents such as RD011, RD030, TE025, AN100, CV027, MC050, and User Manuals.
• Facilitating Playback sessions and assisting business users during UAT Testing phases.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for end-user support, including updating and following up on Service Requests with Oracle until resolution/change management closure.
• Participating in rollout initiatives for new companies within the Group, involving seamless data migration into Oracle Fusion Application using FBDI Templates.
• Coordinating support activities for Period-end closing processes on Financials modules.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation

Responsibilities

• Offering solutions for reported issues in the ServiceNow tool, ensuring prompt resolution and user satisfaction.
• Providing vital support during Month End Period Closures, ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Regularly updating management on progress, status, and resolution of ongoing issues, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Conducting regression testing for custom reports to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Testing new business requirements in the Test Instance and validating them in the Production environment, ensuring seamless implementation.
• Maintaining and updating functional design documents with evolving requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.
• Initiating Service Requests on the Oracle Support site for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintaining daily communication with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Modifying custom roles by adding new privileges as per evolving business requirements, ensuring access control integrity.
• Interacting with users via emails and Teams meetings to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Lead finance workshops to gather business requirements effectively.

• Conduct CRP and UAT Sessions for Super Users to validate system functionalities.
• Collaborate with business users to collect and manage Master and Transactional data.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including BP080, MD050, DO070, TE040, and BR100 Documents.
• Facilitate the preparation, finalization, and sign-off of MD050 for Custom Reports & Integrations.
• Assist the Technical Team in developing Custom Reports as required.
• Ensure smooth GO LIVE process and obtain sign-off for Production deployment.
• Provide post Go Live Support and efficient troubleshooting to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct presentations and demos to address and resolve application-related issues for customers, ensuring satisfaction and clarity.

• Coordinating with business to collect Master data and Opening Balances for Finance applications.
• Preparing Minutes of Meeting (MOM) documents to capture discussion points and obtaining sign-off from client team.
