• Lula is an online platform designed to streamline property maintenance by connecting tenants and property managers with qualified service providers.
• The system allows users to easily register complaints for house-related issues such as electrical or plumbing problems.
• Once a complaint is registered, Lula facilitates the matching of the task with appropriate service professionals to ensure timely resolution.
• The platform includes dedicated mobile applications for service providers (available on both Android and iOS) to manage their assigned work and an administrative website for comprehensive oversight and management of all operations and providers.
• This robust ecosystem ensures efficient communication, tracking, and completion of maintenance tasks, improving the overall property management experience.

2. Foresight – Property Management SaaS Platform

• Developed a SaaS-based property management system for multiple property owners to manage their rental properties.
• Enabled tenants to raise maintenance requests/issues through the platform.
• Implemented a service provider module(both iOS and ANdroid) where available providers can view, accept, and resolve tenant queries efficiently.
• Focused on seamless communication between tenants, property owners, and service providers to improve maintenance workflows.

• Created a multi-level marketing (MLM) app where users earn commissions by referring others.
• Users receive a commission each time they successfully add a new member.
• Once a user reaches a certain earnings level, the commission can be converted into real money.
• Integrated the Stripe payment gateway to allow users to securely withdraw their earnings.

2. BitcoinTAF

• Created an architecture and design for fully customizable, on-demand MLM software that is mainly focused on cryptocurrency.
• Worked closely with the design team to optimize usability and implement the frontend.
• Worked on a tight schedule and delivered a high-quality app.
• Ensured that the quality of the work met client and management specifications.
• Estimated and delivered high-performance, secure code based on business requirements.

3. Worldwide – MLM Binary Tree System.

• Developed an MLM platform where each user is represented within a dynamic binary tree structure.
• Implemented referral-based onboarding, automatically assigning new users as child nodes under their sponsor.
• Enabled users to view their personalized binary tree hierarchy in real time.
• Designed a points-based reward system in which sponsors earn points for each referral, which can be converted into real money upon reaching a defined threshold.
