Projects

Sandoz Division Spin off, 2023, Supported a short stretch assignment for the Sandoz division's separation from Novartis by collecting data from FRA tower heads of P2P, R2R, T&E, OTC for activity mapping. This was completed prior to the knowledge transfer, in line with HUB Transition Guidelines. 

SharePoint for Cluster Countries, 2024, Created SharePoint-based solution and implemented for PO and IP processes. Segregated the project into five key phases—Registration, Documentation, Approvals, Accounting, and Release—the initiative addressed critical challenges and achieved its objectives. The result was a more efficient, error-free, and time-saving process, demonstrating the value of systematic business analysis and technological integration in enhancing operational performance. 

Overstated ACT POs - System Limitation, 2024, System limitations in SAP Orders (POs). A root cause analysis uncovered the underlying issues and gaps. In response, new checks and controls were introduced to rectify the process. These changes successfully corrected the overstated PO value, reducing it from USD 41 million to USD 10 million. 

GRIR Clean-up project - GAP Analysis, 2022, A gap in the Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt causing discrepancies and leading to a lengthy 2-hour report generation and analysis time. To address this, a project was initiated to clean up GR IR variances. The project successfully resolved account discrepancies, reducing balances to zero in Denmark 30K SAP ACT transaction code could further streamline the reporting process and reduce analysis time.
