I have over 12 years of experience, 8 years for social sector with a focus on women empowerment, rural livelihoods, skill & capacity building, micro-enterprise development and some in health & education. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Development Studies from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India. I am passionate about creating innovative solutions to complex social problems and have a strong understanding of the needs of diverse populations. I have successfully collaborated with government and non-profit organizations to design and deliver effective programs that foster social inclusion and economic opportunity. I have also trained and mentored many aspiring entrepreneurs and community leaders. My goal is to use my skills and experiences to create positive change for my community and beyond.
