  • Ensure proper functioning of the following System in the Facility. Ensure up time of 100% and set up practices to deliver seamless service.
  • 1. All Electrical Systems / HVAC Systems / PAC’s and Ductable Units

  • To ensure that all Maintenance related Schedules and Shut down in consultation with OEM are followed. Preparation of critical spare list for all Installations and plan for Inventory where the Maintenance is carried out with Inhouse Teams.
  • Daily Inspection of Log books, History cards, Checklist, Escalation Charts and PPM Schedules. Preparing and adhering to 52 Week Annual M & E Maintenance Schedule.
  • Ensure 100% implementation, review and documentation on operational control measures like ( SOP, Work Permit, LOTO, Risk Register )
  • Ensure regular meeting with Builder and track the MOM by updating the status. To update and maintain all statutory documents like CEIG, Fire, Lift, Explosives, Pollution control etc.
  • Prepare and Manage Budgets: To give Inputs for proper planning and managing of CAPEX and OPEX Budgets for Engineering and Operational Expenses.
  • Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers and make sure that they deliver Quality work practices according to the contract and at the right cost.
  • Implement and monitor EHS programs at Facility as per the established procedures. Assist in capturing Incidents/Near Miss reporting system, Generation of incident reports as per Client SLA.
  • Manage compliance with Statutory requirements like Licenses, permits etc. Work with other support functions to coordinate all Building Fire/Life Safety drills/Seminars and for smooth operations.
  • Developing and Maintaining Vendor Base for a cost efficient procurement of Inventory.
  • Monitor SLA’s and KPI’s towards effective service delivery.
  • Oversaw facility maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
