Title: Preservation of Chicken Meat Using Citrus maxima and Medicinal Based Plant Extract

Developed a natural bio-coating using Citrus maxima, tulsi, rosemary, Mexican mint, and aloe vera extracts to preserve raw chicken meat. Applied microbial plating, Gram staining, and growth curve analysis to assess antimicrobial activity. Results showed reduced microbial load and extended shelf life, offering a safe alternative to chemical preservatives.
