  • Following project handover protocols from sales, including creation of project governance model, team charter, kick off meeting with internal project stakeholders.
  • Preparation of project schedule, WBS, cost-planning, revenue planning in SAP, Risk analysis and response plan, Communication matrix.

  • Monitoring of engineering deliverables, progress of procurement and/or construction activities against plan to ensure the project is executed as planned.
  • Involved in review of 3D model and Hazop review meeting for the project.
  • Monitor projects progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date (after liaising with stakeholders to discuss the progress of the project and addressing any issues that arise)
  • Provide updates to project risk register (identify, monitor & report all risks and issues) to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects and work with the project team to ensure resolution.

  • Assembly shop ( Production): Preparing the Assembly schedule of Equipments as per the Dispatch Master Schedule provided by planning department; Delegation of responsibilities to Manpower, after thorough study of availability of resource; Solving problems of fitters occurring during assembly related to Design, and doing the stage inspection of assemblies whenever required also provide necessary guideline to fitters to avoid problems in assembly; For design problem raising a Discrepancy report to Design department; Co-ordinating with Planning and Purchase Department Regarding shortage Of Components required to complete the assembly and keeping an eye on timely completion of Assemblies; Preparing a status report as per the Progress of assembly and give it to planning engineer; Controlling data over production from day to day regarding to Assembly schedule; Operating of online ERP Software (SAP) PP module (Time Ticketing, Issue and Posting of material, Production/Service Orders Inspection offers, Raising Indents).
