Associate Manager PMO Services- AO/IO Transition

• Working a Lead PMO for various Application Outsourcing (AO ) & Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) transition
• Have single handedly managed transitions for approximately 210 FTE's with a deal size of approximately $ 190 million.
• Have been accountable for managing timely resource Ramp up
• Ensured adherence to the Transition budget and timely reporting on the same.
• Ensured Governance structures are in place and timely reporting on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis with noth internal & external stakeholders. Highlighting on time the various risk and issues. This has been highly appreciated by the client.
• Worked closely with the Process Lead for Service Readiness Scenarios and sucessful Test execution.

• Customer handling & relationship management.
• SPOC for Compliance & Audit function for the entire Delivery Unit. Conducted and executed multiple external and internal audits without any major incident findings.
• Collecting data to produce accurate monthly customer invoices and associated Billing Reports on key projects to time frames
• Resource Fulfillment
• Drafting various MIS reporting & dashboards and carrying out analysis of the same including time sheet booking & Visa requirement and fulfillment analysis
• Coordinating for revenue, volume & resourcing requirements with internal stream leads both onshore & offshore and external practice units
• Developing various portfolio level process documentation, periodical changes/updates and distribution
• Project & Program governance in terms of financial, headcount and compliance management
• Serving as an Offshore lead as a part of the operations team delivering $50M revenue annually

• Involved in preparing Balance Scorecard & KRA for one of the leading child care hospital in Kolkata for all departments across varied locations.
• Formulated & implemented strategies for manpower planning for both short term and long term objective of the client
• Drafted proposal for business process re-engineering & change management exercise

• Responsible for developing business, deriving strategic initiatives, preparing management reporting and conducting research on new business growth opportunities
• Managed project as well as executed directives from the Director’ s office
• Coordinated with project executors and evaluated, assessed and improvised chain of command & protocol to ensure smooth execution of the project
